The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building with 4 residential units. Each apartment can be reached separately via the staircase through a shared house entrance. It has a bedroom (bed 180x200) with an extra large closet and a daylight bathroom with shower. The living/dining area contains a modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The couch in the living room is extendable (sleeping place: 140x200). The garden may be shared, a grill is provided.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and is very spacious for 2-3 people - the view of the neighboring vineyards is fantastic!

The apartment is located in an absolutely quiet environment. There is therefore no traffic noise, church bells, industrial operations or similar to be expected.

Merdingen is located on the edge of the Tuniberg in the middle of one of the best wine-growing regions in Germany. Due to its proximity to the mountains, there are not only winter sports opportunities in winter, but also the possibility of breathtaking hiking and cycling tours.
