How do I access the apartment?

Both check-in and check-out are contactless. The access code will be sent via email two days prior to arrival.
What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, check-out on the day of departure should be by 10 a.m. at the latest. A late check-out until 5 p.m. can be booked, subject to availability. Please note that check-in for our Fjordliebe and Nordstern apartments is required before 10 p.m.
Is parking available at the properties?

All of our apartments have their own parking spaces. The parking spaces for the apartments Weinbergliebe, Schwarzwaldliebe, Burgunderliebe, and Apartment Leni are free and located directly on site. The holiday apartments in Bad Krozingen (Fjordliebe and Nordstern) also each have their own parking spaces. These are within walking distance, a short walk through the city center, and can be booked for an additional fee of €5 per night.
Is there a coffee machine?

All our apartments are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine.
Are there recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area?

When you book, you will receive access to your digital guest folder with a wealth of information, including personal tips and recommendations from us for restaurants and leisure activities.
Are towels and bed linen provided on site?

Freshly made beds and towels await you in the apartment; these are included in our rates. For longer stays, we are happy to provide spare bed linen and towels.
